Shipping Policy

The goal of our shipping policy is to deliver our wine to you in perfect condition. Please read through our policy before placing an order. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department at 480-276-8853.

Important Shipping Information

An adult signature is required for all wine deliveries by law. Signer must be 21 years or older.

Wine Club Shipments

Wine Club is available in the following states: Arizona, California, Iowa, Minnesota and Washington DC. Two 3 bottle shipments go out during the year, one shipment in Fall and the other shipment in Spring.

Standard Ground Shipping

The standard shipping option for all orders is the Ground Delivery services of United Parcel Service (UPS). We ship on Monday and Tuesday only so that you will receive your wine within the same week. Orders shipped Ground will typically arrive 2 – 7 business days after the order leaves our order fulfillment center. Carrier delivery is Monday through Friday.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping via UPS 2-Day Air or 1-Day Air is available for an additional shipping charge. During the check out process the exact shipping charge for all deliveries will be posted.

Weather Holds

We may not ship immediately if the area is under weather hold. Areas of extreme hot or cold temperatures are subject to weather holds which may delay the delivery of your wine.

If weather conditions do not change in a reasonable amount of time, we will contact you and you may ship your order via UPS Overnight at an additional charge.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking when your order is shipped.

Multiple Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to receive the package two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. Wine orders require an adult signature by federal law, so whenever possible we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time.

Damaged Shipments

Waterloo Cellars is not responsible for damage incurred during shipment or from packages left unattended. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please call us immediately, and we will do our best to help you resolve the situation in a timely manner.

State shipping laws are subject to change – where we can ship and where we can’t – we reserve the right to cancel orders in accordance with state shipping laws and customers will be refunded.
